The Four Words that are the Secret to Letting Go of Anxiety is a sermon based on Philippians 4:4-7.

Do you ever feel badly that you can’t just “Let go and let God.”?  Have you been in a difficult situation and had a friend encourage you to “Just don’t worry about it.”?

These pieces of advice are more easily said than done. Often times people try to encourage someone in a crisis with Philippians 4:5, “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

That’s great advice, but odds are you will struggle to readily let go if you don’t serious consider four little words that occur before this verse. Without those four words you will be left mostly to your own strength to face your troubles.

Listen and learn in this sermon the words that are often often glossed over when reading Philippians that are the secret to being able let go of anxiety.
