Title: Three Characteristics of Being an Effective Witness for the Lord
Text: Luke 3:1-6
During the holiday season celebrity endorsements abound. For every product there seems to be a person and not just any person, but someone beautiful, popular, and with an envious life style. God picked an unlikely spokesperson to endorse his son. He chose John the Baptism. John lived in the wildernesss, ate locust and honey, and wore animal skins. This is not a life that would appeal to most. Yet, God picked John the Baptist. Why? John had three characteristics that anyone, including you can emulate to a powerful and worthy witness of the Gospel. Listen and learn what these three character traits are that you can develop to be a better witness.
